TCH Hotel

Misleading advertising. This hotel is not recommended for working groups. They advertise cafeteria and restaurant but are closed. At check-in we ask if we can have a coffee in the morning and they say yes because there is a cafeteria, but the cafeteria turns out to be closed and it is the receptionist herself who, if she can, runs out and puts you a coffee. If he can't, you don't drink coffee. You have the option to hire buffet breakfast (which is also served by the receptionist herself), but you can not have only coffee. In addition, there is no alternative because in the surrounding area there is only one industrial estate that at weekends is thawed.

I went to accompany my partner for work. They put us in a rather small room, with the very small bed for two people. At reception they said it was 1.35 but I think it was even lower. Very hard mattress. You could hear quite a lot in the hall. Otherwise good. Good cleanliness and breakfast. I think we were put in a one-person room. I complained at reception and they insisted that the bed was a double bed. Dire.

On 18/10/2024 we are between 20h after a trying trip, we came across a receptionist more than unpleasant. After a violent gesture verse one of us wondered the person in charge, after which the receptionist decided not to give us our registered reservation 1 month. We had to call the police to force them to give us the keys to our room. Otherwise the hotel will offer us a nice and clean environment pity that this receptionist ruined our stay.
