Holiday from hell. The hotel was shut on arrival and looked like it was abandoned, we were told there was a gym an inside pool and spa yet that is no where to be seen. The outside pool has been closed for nearly a year and isn’t opening anytime soon, there are no lights turned on so it’s pitch black so we had to find switches ourselves , the corridors stink of weed, the entire hotel is abandoned and run down, no communication at all which leaded us to being locked out our hotel room, staff say they will be there all day but are gone by mid day. DONT BOOK I do not recommend.

Regrettable experience. We stayed for 2 weeks and apartment 2B1 needs urgent renovation. It started with the toilet flush button not working (sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't). Then the ceramic hob stopped working and we couldn't cook. He went when he wanted. The washing machine didn't spin, so it took 2 days for the clothes to dry. They came to replace it with a new one, but they left us without hot water, and it is not pleasant to shower two girls aged 8 and 4 with cold water at night. They had to call the plumber to fix the rusty stopcocks. Cleanliness, poor. And almost the entire hotel complained about one of the sets of sheets because that batch of laundry came out wrong and smelled like feet. The WiFi is nonsense. It gave a signal, but it appeared that it had no connection due to router problems. I had to ask the technicians to come because the same thing happened to everyone we asked. You cannot telework. And to make matters worse, the elevators stopped working when they wanted to. The service has been attentive, but the facilities are pitiful. In fact, they even told us to pray that the air would not be spoiled. Amazing. I had no choice but to ask for a complaint form because the management ignores complaints and suggestions.

The place is in a great location and underground parking is available at €5 a day. Check in was lovely, helpful and professional. Our room was on the third floor and was pretty amazing for the price. It had a small kitchen, a lounge, a bedroom and a covered balcony. Everything we needed was there and the wifi was fine too. Exceptional value.
