My experience was very disappointing. At 10:30 in the morning they started hammering and performing repairs right next to my room. It was impossible to sleep or rest. How can they put a guest in a room next to construction, and in the middle of high season, in July, no less? If they cannot avoid the repairs, at least they should start at a reasonable hour, not at 10:30 in the morning. The worst part was that I notified the front desk to ask that, at least the next day (when I was checking out), they start at 12:00 so I could rest a little more. The receptionist's response was: "That is the time the gentleman can work." And justifying the lack of consideration. In other words, the customer's comfort does not seem to matter to them at all and the receptionist clearly does not understand that the business of a hotel is that one pays and comes to rest. Terrible. Furthermore, this hotel advertises itself as a 4-star, but it does not offer something as basic as an iron in the room. I called the front desk to request one and they told me they did not have any available. And, even if there were one, I would have to go down personally to pick it up at the front desk and leave a €20 deposit. That level of service is very far from what is expected of a four-star hotel. Honestly, this hotel does not deserve four stars; at most, I would give it three. The spa is fine, but the breakfast is quite mediocre and you can tell the ingredients are of low quality. There is bacon and eggs, but they do not even offer potatoes, something very common in a Western breakfast at a hotel of this category. In the end, it gives the feeling that the breakfast is incomplete and it is strange not to have something so basic to go with the eggs. In general, it gives the impression that there is a lack of hotel management that understands what it means to offer true four-star service. I would not recommend it.

Fantastic stay for total disconnection. Being an adults-only hotel (+16), tranquility is guaranteed. The views from the room of the two seas are spectacular. The staff is very attentive, especially the treatment received from the receptionist "La Mari," as we called her. The outdoor pool and jacuzzis are a marvel, with direct access to the beach just a few steps away. Very varied buffet at all meals. We will definitely return. (Greetings from the couple from Bilbao)
