Breakfast was good. Location good for where we needed to be to meet family. Only criticism is the loud music going on until 0100hrs. Could it be turned down for folk that need to sleep?

It is a hotel with a good price/quality ratio, good breakfast, although it is noticeable that the maintenance is poor, the pool jacuzzi has been broken for 2 months..as well as some showers..the power goes out frequently in the hotel, the gym is obsolete with broken machines and there isn't even a treadmill.. Another problem in the area is the bad odors..although the hotel is not to blame for this. The best part is the rooms, spacious and comfortable..and of course the staff..friendly and attentive..I will go again because its price is good..but the 5 stars are very tight..by the way, watch out ⚠️ with the minibar..very expensive prices!

Rating: As a hotel and catering professional as well as a master chef, I look at a hotel with a professional eye. What Ona offers here absolutely does not correspond to the promised standard. We are traveling as Ona customers, but will definitely not visit this hotel again. Room & Hygiene: The first room was outdated, had broken furniture, and mold in the bathroom. After the change, we had ants in the room and the balcony door would barely open. In the pool area, lounge chairs were broken and heavily soiled with bird droppings. Even after 4 days, neither lounge chairs nor chairs were cleaned. The service is mixed – some employees try hard, others are abysmal. Noise instead of relaxation: A "Beat Party" for only a handful of guests destroyed the complete peace. The music was excessively loud, sleep impossible until well after 11 p.m. Completely unnecessary. Culinary: The breakfast was good. The half-board cuisine positively surprised us – technically excellent quality, although it lacks variety. Weak point service: A great white wine from the Pyrenees was already unavailable by the second evening. Conclusion: The stay was not relaxing; on the fourth evening, we stayed away from the restaurant entirely and went out to eat. It's a shame, the hotel is in a beautiful location, but it fails at the basics.
