La Mirage

Our disappointment was not only because of the Apartahotel La Mirage, but because of the information we received before booking. We called the Hotel Entremares directly and, since there was no availability, they offered us to stay at La Mirage, assuring us that it was "right next door," that it was practically the same thing, and that we would be able to enjoy the facilities of the Hotel Entremares. The reality was very different. The distance between both establishments makes it impossible to enjoy the Hotel Entremares with the convenience they led us to believe, and, once there, we verified that they have nothing to do with each other. In my opinion, the Apartahotel La Mirage should not have a 4-star rating. I have been to numerous 3-star hotels with far superior facilities. The apartments have a clearly outdated decor, typical of several decades ago, the pool is extremely small for the capacity of the complex and, during our stay, we also observed a very low water level and a yellowish buildup on the edge that conveyed a feeling of lack of maintenance. If they had explained the reality to us from the beginning, we would have freely decided whether to book there or look for other accommodation. What is not acceptable is making that decision based on information that does not correspond to what the customer finds upon arrival. For that reason, we filed the corresponding complaint form. I hope this review helps other customers to be able to book with clear, complete, and accurate information.

Close to the beach, with direct access and rich food. But I would like to add a few details that you should clarify in the information. We have stayed with All Inclusive which is what we usually do to have drink and food at all hours. But in this hotel it only serves the all-inclusive for drinks , and you don't get bottles of water, only if you want a glass they give it to you, and no hail and no food outside of dining hours, if you want a bag of potatoes are 1.60€ from a little-known brand. Then it should be the concept of full board with some drinks. Because the all-inclusive is perhaps quite short of the concept we all know. If you want to give your child a yoghurt, then take it from the dining room as well as you can.

I was in August of 2,024, and we were very comfortable. The location is the best, in front of the Mediterranean. Great food. The staff of services, kitchen, dining room, reception cleaning rooms..very friendly and effective in their work. The only thing I found to be lacking was the air conditioning. They would have to modernize it. Otherwise, everything excellent.
