SPECTACULAR, INCREDIBLE, GENIUS

I have been there twice, once before and once after the renovation of the parador, and both times it has been incredible; I could only say that I will return without a doubt. Thanks to paradores like the one in Olite, they make Paradores great. Thank you very much for taking care of us and keeping everything so well maintained.

Very disappointed because my previous experiences at Paradores had been good. Here, a string of problems from minute 1: There is NO parking (nor alternative proposals), the loyalty program does NOT work (nor compensatory proposals), we do NOT have an iron (nor compromise solutions), there is NO water in the shower (nor a timely solution), we cannot change tables in the restaurant even though you are freezing in the middle of August despite having a third of the restaurant empty… If it weren't pathetic, it would be comical.
