DON'T COME CLOSE. We stayed with children (5 years) to go to Sendaviva. Upon arrival we went down to reception because they had the wrong room, we were kindly attended by an employee. When we go to the new room the air conditioning does not work (40° day, 23° night) so we went down to say it and to order two pillows as they were very low there. So far good manners as the manager appears on the scene, an older blonde woman whose mission is to try to make your stay as uncomfortable as possible. He haggles over the two pillows with very little education and a lot of high-handedness and in the end gives us only one. From the air, in the same tone, he tells us that we will have spoiled it, when we had just arrived, left the bags and hit the air power button. He puts on a bad face, walks into a room behind the counter and, worse, tells us that we already have air. From that moment on the air was cut off every night, you called reception in the morning and they told you that it would be broken and they would talk with maintenance but within 30 seconds of hanging up the tf the air was already working. The last night we spent in the hotel, two meters from our window, the hotel itself sets up an open-air disco (it is a roadside hotel outside the village to sleep and visit the area ) when we ask if we can change rooms that we are with children and we can not sleep, the manager says that we should have known that they had a party that night and little less that it is our fault and that there are no rooms left. We tell you that at Booking they do not report those things and until you see that the thing is serious and we will not let it pass you do not deign to take a key and throw it on the counter, the room was completely silent 10 meters from ours on the opposite side of the building. As an anecdote to say that there were quite a few spiders in the first room we stayed, in the second we only slept and in the morning we fled.

The best of the hotel is definitely Anabel, the waitress!! He made us feel welcome and his sympathy and professionalism is absolute! Nice to go to a hotel and find workers like that! Otherwise, very normal hotel, high price so it is compared to others. Thank you!!
