Cafeteria terrible with service and treatment given to me,high and bad prices

The stay at this hotel for work reasons has been quite disappointing. As soon as I entered the room, the strong smell of cleaning products was almost unbearable, not pleasant. Breakfast also left much to be desired: very little varied and, to top it off, coincided with an excursion that clearly overwhelmed them. Food was missing, trays were slow to replace and staff were completely overcome by the situation. It’s not what you expect when looking for a minimum of comfort and organization.
