Really nice hotel in a good location. The underground car park has accessible spaces. It is a 25 minute stroll to the old town. We were there for the fiesta de San Fermin, which is an unforgettable experience. THOUSANDS of people dressed in red and white. The hidden gem is the Parque Yamaguchi (a two minute walk from the hotel - map in reception). Just by the water features is a square lined with bars and restaurants. The atmosphere during the fiesta was electric, but hopefully will be equally good at other times. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, or to return in the future.

I've been at this hotel for years. At the company I was changed to a hotel and ordered this one. The service is very good. They solve any problem. Always attentive to the needs of customers. Breakfast is very good and is also eaten very well in the restaurant. I don't like staying in hotels, but this has become a kind of home in Pamplona.

We stayed here during the San Fermin festival. Parking situation was a little confusing, but the check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean, quiet and modern. We intentionally stayed here because it was not in the middle of the festivities, but close enough that we could walk to (about a mile or 1.7 km) or shuttle. Turns out we made the right decision. The festival area was very crowded. Staying just on the outskirts of the chaos was the best decision. Area around the hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel offered breakfast, which was a big plus. Perfect for what we needed and would recommend staying here, whether for the festival or to explore the rest of Pamplona.
