Hotel Burlada

Good hotel in a good location and an area that has very good parking. Good room with terrace and excellent cleaning. The very negative thing is that they do not offer baby cots, our mistake also not to read the fine print but I think it costs nothing to be able to offer that Service and more with the prices paid today.

My experience doesn't quite know how to catalogue it. If I had to define it in one word, it would be "SURREAL." This happened yesterday, August 14. After calling in the morning to confirm the reservation and reiterate, as a top priority, the request for a quiet room to arrive, shower and sleep (we are making a trip of many kilometers), and what the girl who attended me told me that without problem... SURPRISE !!! We arrived around 19h00 with that idea and, the first in the whole forehead !!! Popular/patronage parties in Burlada and apparently concentrated in the hotel. After more than 20' trying to park, my husband left the car in the third row. There was no human way to get parking even in the private hotel. I, with the fly behind my ear, headed to reception. I had a hard time getting there because the very sidewalk and access to the hotel were literally attacked by people enjoying the holidays, and it was a real obstacle test. When I arrived, at last, I could only address the receptionist in a shouting sound because it was impossible to understand each other. There was an orchestra giving everything in that same place. Controlling my last drops of patience, I said that there we did not want to stay as the initial impressions did not predict a quiet rest (the receptionist assured me that the orchestra would finish at 2 hours, but we did not want, we wanted to get to shower and rest and that did not look good at all). I tried to make him see the situation so that he will not charge us the room (which in the end was 50%) and also risk finding another hotel... Everyone interprets my opinion as they see fit. We certainly will NEVER recommend (and I will be sure to share this review as much as possible) the hotel, not for the facilities that, although paid for in part, we could not enjoy or value, if not for the little empathy that was shown. And now I allow myself, as a professional that I am also a hospitality professional, to suggest (which is what we do with our customers when it comes to it) that they inform their guests of the possible "inconvenience" that their booking coincides with a more or less noisy celebration, and that they decide if they consider it prudent to accept or cancel the booking. There is no need to think that in a couple of hours the noise ends, because we do not know the need for each one in time and hour of rest. I'll leave it. Gentlemen of the Hotel Burlada, I am grateful for not taking the trouble to respond to the review, especially since I am not worth the: "we deeply regret that you have not felt... and our cancellation policy is... because, sometimes, it is infinitely better that they speak well of us than "lose" (who would surely sell the room) 26€. As always in the end cheap is expensive and does not compensate for either side. Good morning. By the way I take advantage of SI recommend 100% the hotel ANDIA. Located 15' by car. A little more expensive and with guaranteed attention and services!!!

Our second stay in Hotel Burlada in consecutive years. Again a great stay and we were there for 3 nights. The rooms was spotlessly clean with air con and a terrace. Extremely pleasant staff and it’s great to have the garage at 10€ per night as parking is a challenge in the area. We used the cafe for breakfast and dined in nearby restaurants at night. We would return without hesitation again if visiting Pamplona.
