We were 14 people farewell and distributed in separate buildings, which we found fatal because the reservation was made in one time and it is assumed that we were going to be together.... And the reception by the lousy, very edged and rude receptionist.

The worst experience of my life in a hostel..people without any empathy and treat badly.I warned them with a deadline of one month that I could not go giving them time to rebook the room and they kept my money and on top of that treating me badly and blocking me in the phone.my mother died and so or I could go and on top of that they kept my money.

Stayed here for two nights during San Fermin. Obviously overpriced, however, everything was. The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean. The building had an elevator, free wifi, bus stop and restaurants close by. If you aren't able to catch the bus it was only 1/2 hour walk from town. Staff were friendly. Negatives: really difficult place to find, tiny rooms.
