My opinion about the restaurant I have been eating with my partner a well elaborated tasting menu beautiful presentation of the dishes personal empatoco, natural close without reaching the overwhelm leaving the diners enjoy their food but pending any need for it on the contrary I have had a very different feeling with the somelier it seems as if the preferences of the client as to how to taste a wine were not to his liking insisting on how should be taken that wine becoming reiterative and finally annoying forgetting what above all else must take precedence what taste the diner feels when tasting that wine according to his preferences not the particular tastes of the Somelier by him contra clueless sometimes forgetting to serve the sweet wine that accompanied the desserts after placing the glasses on the table and talking about the benefits of said sweet wine I will say frankly what at some point I have felt upset with his totally inadequate comments above his excellence or training what at no time I doubt should first and foremost Respect the particular taste of the client all my life I have worked in customer service and never in full conversation I have released a care what says no explanations why this oh because the other a real shame but to me has choked the food, also my partner has made a bad impression I do not think what we return that is the Reality🤷🤍’️

Next to the castle square, pleasant hotel for walking around the center of Pamplona. Stairs to reach reception.

The location is perfect, next to Estafeta Street in Old Town, and friendly and attentive staff. The only drawback is that it has stairs inside the hotel, for me they are not a problem, but for people with reduced mobility it would be good to indicate it when booking, to go they are placed in a room without having to access by stairs in the distributions. The restaurant that has the hotel is fantastic, with Michelin star, with very good quality / price ratio. If I return to Pamplona, I would definitely return to this hotel.
