Very good location right in the center. Staff service in both the reception and dining room was very good. Clean room, bathroom with a bathtub and balcony very good, it has a fridge and [facilities] to make yourself tea or coffee. Good breakfast, there is quite a variety. We used the parking lot that is a few minutes from the hotel; the hotel doesn't have one, but it has an agreement with this one for 15 euros a day. If you download the parking app, it comes out cheaper. Impossible to park in the surrounding area.

A very correct establishment located in the city center a few meters from the cathedral. Possibly needs an upgrade of facilities, but still, it is quiet, good wifi and maintenance and cleaning quite correct. It has paid parking in the vicinity of the hotel.

I stayed in room 303 of the hotel. Apart from the hotel looking a little old, the maintenance of the rooms is very poor. Cleanliness shines from its absence: dirty floor (I walked 2 minutes barefoot around the room and had dirty feet), lamps hung from the room full of dust (looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months / years. Silicone shower gaskets rotten, shower tray broken... I asked for two days in a row at the front desk to clean at least floors and lamps... they did nothing about it. It is a shame that such a well-located hotel has these cleaning and maintenance issues.
