The air conditioning does not work; the same thing happened to us at a Sercotel in Valladolid. They did not pick up the trash from one day to the next. The girl at the front desk could not be more unpleasant. The garage that they charge you 13 euros a day for is horrible to park in. And on the positive side, the guys at the front desk were very pleasant. WE WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!

Very well located. Close to the pedestrian area, Laurel Street, etc. The staff, both at the front desk and at breakfast, were very pleasant, professional, and kind. The room and bathroom were perfect, with everything necessary and everything very clean. The breakfast was quite good and complete.

Rest day in Logrono while walking the Camino Frances. Spent two nights here. Our first hotel after Albergues and Casa Rurals. Very nice hotel and very reasonable rates. Comfortable beds. Only a couple hundred meters from old town and sightseeing so was very conveniently located. Had a great breakfast buffet we had two mornings. Would definitely stay here again. Ask to stay on a higher floor. We were on floor 7 so away from the street noise.
