The hotel has a variety and quality of food that is excellent. The gym has some of the most innovative machines. The indoor and outdoor spa are very nice. The ultra all-inclusive plan is worth it because you have access to areas where you can be more relaxed. Although the information provided at check-in leaves much to be desired, the manager is always available for any clarification or to resolve any issues.

We have been here for 7 days, and I can only speak very highly of the staff, from Virginia, Jota (public relations), Vito in charge of various areas, Sonia, Oui, and other names I do not remember from the 12th floor, lifeguards who from the first minute were dedicated to my son in a wheelchair, waiters and waitresses at the buffet, cleaners; their kindness and professionalism made our stay easier. It is true that adaptability needs a good push, but everything else, even being the first days of the seasonal reopening, has exceeded our expectations. Thank you all.

Reopening with some deficiencies, especially regarding adaptability for people with reduced mobility. But everything was resolved with maximum efficiency. The excellent treatment, the kindness, and the willingness to resolve any problems that may arise. Feeling that you have an entire team of hotel staff dedicated to making your stay luxurious. My congratulations to the customer service, cleaners, waiters, lifeguards, receptionists, ... Extraordinary buffet, cafes, all designed and focused on health and relaxation. An unforgettable stay.
