Terrible hotel, you cannot rest, it is dirty, the rooms are small and poorly maintained.

Generally acceptable, being a hotel focused on families with children, the dining room was chaotic on some occasions.

The location is in a good spot for all the extras you get when booking All Inclusive. Everything is within reasonable walking distance. Atmosphere, family friendly, but, heavily Spanish orientated. What I mean by that is, if you're from England, you would get the impression that this is the Butlins equivalent for Spain. Rooms where excellent for Children. We had a lovely balcony looking over the sea, and surrounding areas. Was helpful on those hot days when you needed a breeze or draught. We paid a little over £1,000 for 3 of us, for 4 nights All Inclusive. In my opinion, it was worth its weight in gold. For example, the Water Park is €50 each, which would have come to €600 for the overall stay. The hotel in general, was clean, nothing untoward. Outside life was really noisy either, you could easily sleep. Just be careful of noisy neighbours, and don't do what we did and just perceiver, request a move, or a complaint. Service from the receptionists was spot on, allowing you to leave luggage if room isn't ready, or if checking out and transfer isn't here for a while. Again, English isn't their strongest suit, but again, nothing untoward.
