Gran Hotel Ourense San Martin

. The Barcelo Hotel in Ourense is perfect for tourists interested in exploring the city as well as guests in town for business. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff is second to none. We were particularly happy with how the staff greeted us and helped us maximize our time in Ourense. In particular Mine patiently answered all of our questions and helped us arrange our transportation and logistics.

Toilet or restroom not private at all (and in our case the door didn't even stay aligned and we had to use a piece of furniture so it wouldn't open). Also, minibar very full (no space for our own drinks) and missing teaspoons for tea or coffee. The breakfast, though, is very good.

Easy access, excellent location, parking lot, excellent reception. The room totally matched what was expected. Quality breakfast. I don't expect less than a Barceló.
