Lobios Caldaria Hotel Balneario

My husband and I went on a trip with Imserso. I do not understand the bad reviews The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is good. The staff is always friendly Special mention to Sheila the entertainer, for her friendliness and competence. The food is not excellent, but it is acceptable. The bathroom is spacious, and just to point out one downside, I would say they should replace the bathtub with a barrier-free shower.

The restaurant is the worst of the worst .Lousy quality ,badly we leave without dinner . Horrible we won't be back.

The spa is a bit obsolete, the setting very nice but the decoration and rooms are very simple, the friendly staff, the relaxing massage very well, the pool I liked that around had grabs in every jet, the buffet dinner good but not very hot and the breakfast very full and abundant, but the orange juice was industrial. Overall well but could be improved in many respects, that's why I don't give you the 5.
