Extraordinary retreat. The standard rooms are very basic, old, and in need of renovations. The other facilities make up for it.
We had an incident with kitchen fumes and machine noises that they addressed immediately with kindness and resolved, although we decided to keep the room.
Paradores should take a look at the quality of the most basic rooms, invest, and prevent. It can't just be about charging money. We should not have to go through these uncomfortable situations, neither the workers nor the customers. That is where luxury begins.
Great team of professionals giving it their all. I hope they are well taken care of by their company.
The cafeteria with views of the cloister is a place to stay and live. Like in the Galician broth at the restaurant 😉
