Acceptable. Clean, good area (really in Palencia there are no distances) and "friendly" staff. You can hear noises from other rooms, especially slamming doors, but it is normal because we coincided with a volleyball championship, with lots of teenagers who all left at the same time; it would happen anywhere. Let's open the can of worms regarding intolerances: when I booked I warned that I needed a gluten-free breakfast, they told me there was no problem and told me about multiple options, upon my arrival I said it again, again they told me there were no problems; but when I arrived the first day for breakfast I found 2 jars of cookies with and without chocolate and I asked, they informed me that I should have said it before (?!!!); they then brought me some slices of bread, but there is nowhere to toast it, they took it to toast it and returned it to me the same (it wasn't even hot)... there is cold cut meat (they tell me several times that the turkey breast is gluten-free...) but I don't have labels for the rest; the oil is in single-dose packets, but the tomato is in a bowl, they insist that the spoon is only for the tomato (but they forget that people put the tomato on their plate and then rub the spoon against their bread and put it back in). In the following breakfasts the bread is still hidden, but they take it out and give it to you warm; mind you, don't ask for more than two slices of toast because the gluten-free all-you-can-eat buffet is not all-you-can-eat (the last day I specifically asked for 3 slices of toast, but no..., you'll manage with 2). I understand that I am the one with the problem, but before booking I asked about the possibilities, and I do not think it is right that when you ask for the bread they have hidden (literally) you have to listen to condescending/unpleasant comments in the kitchen that can be heard in the dining room; and if I pay for an all-you-can-eat buffet I would like to be the one to decide the amount I have. In summary. Generally acceptable. Regarding food intolerances, limited knowledge and room for improvement in attitude.

Outlying location, taxi needed to go downtown. It has a garage. Friendly but minimal service. Right room, enough. Price adjusted off-season.

I travel for hospital accompaniment and do not know the nights I will stay overnight. Hotel located at the entrance to Palencia, but within the urban center. Possibility to park nearby although the hotel has private parking. Reception: Professional and high human quality. Nice and close. Rooms. Clean, spacious, soundproof. High sleep quality. It has met expectations more than enough. PD. A place to eat near the hotel: Cervecería Boulevard. Close and pleasant treatment. Thursday (Chicharro Day), quality food with affordable prices (weekend must be reserved).
