PARADOR

It's impossible yo give more than 3 stars Its SO OLD. Desperately in need of a total and complete upgrading. ALL the outdated furniture is only fit to be burnt on a bonfire. Bathrooms are ancient rubbish museum pieces. Nothing has changed since the 1980's Considering it's State owned , it's a very poor reflection of the government tourism office competence. Room rates are astronomically expensive for what is really only a 3 star old hotel. Location is fabulous and reception staff are friendly and everywhere is immaculately clean.. the ONLY positive comments Better is to stay elsewhere in the cute town at less than half these prices and walk around the ramparts of this Parador.

Parador with a panoramic location and traditional structure. Parking is disorganized and not easy. Common areas definitely not clean and neglected. Messy cafeteria. Restaurant with disappointing cuisine despite the expensive cost. Room lacking a teapot and coffee machine with pods. Bathroom lacking an exhaust fan. Air conditioning not adjustable.

I did not stay there but I did visit, as I do every year with the intention of enjoying a special day for a member of my family, starting the day with breakfast at the Parador, like in other years, and to my surprise, they tell me that this year they do not serve breakfast on the Parador terrace unless you order something from the menu and at most some coffees. It is a shame to waste the fact that people can visit an area where no one is bothered and to stop earning money since we were not going to order pieces of cake, which was the only thing there. If you can reconsider that decision, I think we customers would appreciate it and you would earn more money, as in fact we saw that the terrace was almost empty.
