Louxo La Toja

Apart from the obvious, a privileged location, a hotel that you always want to return to, I must say that on this occasion, due to "taking advantage" of an offer from another provider that did not honor the reservation, the hotel, reception, and the person in charge solved it on the spot, taking responsibility for what was not fulfilled, without being at all responsible; it was a great detail that made our stay a vacation to remember. Thank you for everything, team; undoubtedly, professionals like a tall pine tree, which I hope the chain recognizes. I can only thank you.

The welcome, the staff at the reception and the ambiance on arrival: all very nice when we arrived at 11 pm without my suitcase (which had not arrived at Porto airport). The room has a beautiful view, the breakfast buffet is grandiose and actually everything is fine. We'd love to go back there!
