Clean, welcoming rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and dinner. Nice lounge area where we got to see Spain win the World Cup!

Choosing this hotel was a great decision; we stayed there for five nights and our stay was fantastic. The common areas, the room, the bathroom, the cleanliness, all the staff in general, the breakfast buffet, we cannot find a single fault with anything. It is not in the historic center, but there is a bus, the circular C1, which is very convenient for going down and up; it can also be done on foot without hurry. We had half board, and the dining room staff in general made our experience completely positive, but we would like to highlight those who had more contact with us, starting with Salvador, always willing to help us, as well as Carla, Miguel, and the hospitality student in training, whose name I do not remember. All of them, as well as the rest of the staff, make a hotel great, and if the customer returns to the city, they already know where to stay.
