Gran Hotel La Toja

This classic hotel has everything to get a 5* review, the views (even more if you ask for a sea view room), the decor (if you like great beginning XX century style, the space (large and well kept), the staff (nice, competent and helpful). But the SPA is below what it should be (average massage , normal circuit) as well as the restaurants a good menu but average cooking. It could have been a 5 so expensive for a 4 experience.

We just spent 8 days as a family at the Gran Hotel La Toja and the experience has been simply exceptional. It has far exceeded all our expectations. We want to highlight the human quality and professionalism of all the staff. From the reception team to the bellhops, everyone made us feel welcome from the first minute, always with a smile and ready to help with everything. A very special mention for Pepe and Jaime, restaurant floor managers, whose treatment has been impeccable. Their approachability, attention to detail, and dedication have made the difference. We also want to congratulate the entire team of waiters, who were always friendly, attentive, fast, and provided exquisite service that made every meal a true pleasure. And, of course, congratulations to Chef Jordan and his entire kitchen team. The gastronomy was spectacular throughout the entire stay, with top-quality products, careful preparations, and impeccable execution. Every meal was an experience. The hotel, its facilities, the surroundings, and the atmosphere are wonderful, but without a doubt, what makes the Gran Hotel La Toja truly special are the people who work there. Thank you for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We are leaving with many good memories and the certainty that we will return very soon.

Every year we visit this traditional, Victorian-style hotel, where the best thing is its employees. The facilities are being renovated little by little, very comfortable. The pool is especially good Breakfasts to remember
