A wonderful stay. The apartment, the staff, and the cleanliness were impeccable. The apartment was spacious and bright, with a terrace. And a pool that invites relaxation even if you are traveling with children. Everything is easy and they allow you to make the most of the facilities. We will return without a doubt.

Last week we stayed in these apartments. We had to leave the Reservation because of a medical emergency (later verified with proper supporting documents) that prevented us from continuing with it, disabling low back pain of one of the relatives, which unfortunately made us return to our destination. Although we only enjoyed one night and worried about leaving before check out time (properly advising everything) the reception lady billed two more cars for "extra expenses" because according to her she could not rent it to anyone. We made sure it was rented ourselves by calling the same day by phone (we were told it was all complete) and checking several pages of accommodation searchers. I must also say that the reception lady is not usually in the same at the described time, and feels quite upset if she is not and you call her. As a cherry, when we called to ask for the explanation about overtime billing, he hung us with very bad manners and poor manners. I think I could have had more empathy being such a sensitive subject, we haven't felt well, and I think we've been treated in a very unpleasant way.
