Small hotel in the center of Vigo just a few meters from Vialia shopping center. Very clean, renovated rooms with heating/air conditioning. Comfortable beds, TV, bathroom with shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. See you next time.

We made a reservation through Booking.com (other platform trash). Although the reservation was not cancelable, the elderly person who was going to use it had a health problem, it was a 12-day reservation and at 2 1/2 hours we asked for review and cancellation. We were willing to take a penalty, what we didn't imagine was that these people were going to be so mercenary. We were asked to call the next day to speak with the Director, a Miguel D., who, in addition to being rather rude on the phone, decided to cancel the reservation, even though he had informed him that someone would take advantage of it. The policy of this establishment is clearly visible, so please stay away, they are not worth it, they are bad people.

I made an online reservation at Hotel Panton. At check-in I was informed that there was an electrical problem at the hotel (despite the fact that the lights were on in the room beside reception) and that the best solution was to bring me to another hotel a minute away.  I was assured this would be a better hotel, more expensive, and that they would cover the price difference. I was shocked at the room I was assigned at the other hotel  (2 star).  It was like a shoebox, tiny, dark, horrible.  I returned to reception at that hotel, refused to accept that room, and insisted upon a better one.   The receptionist rang Hotel Panton, and I was assigned a more acceptable room.  Please exercise caution when booking Hotel Panton.  If they try to move you to another hotel, don't accept anything less than the standard of room you expect
