Terrible service. They have delusions of grandeur and think they are fantastic. Gift vouchers are a complete SCAM. Recently, I tried to gift one to some relatives, but after several inconveniences, including it arriving with the wrong name and with terrible service, it turns out that the "broad period" to redeem it is only about five months a year, during which they also block out holidays, festive days, and Holy Week... in short, a complete disgrace. Claim for a refund, because the advertising is misleading and it is not specified in the voucher. With that money, I gifted them another fantastic hotel, with its own spa (without having to leave the premises, unlike them) and excellent service, as well as attention. My relatives were delighted, and the most important thing is that the only dates they could not book were Holy Week and the month of August. Just like these incompetent ones, right?

Stayed here on our Camino, to celebrate a special birthday. Absolutely beautiful location. Unfortunately the weather was not good- we will need to return when it's nicer!! Note to any other walkers: the tourist office advised us to take a route along the river from Caldas - only 2.5km. It started off fine, but became a very dangerous route- more so because of the rain, but even in dry weather I'd not walk that again & I'm an adventurer!! Very scary dog on the route and sketchy overgrown slippy paths and rocks.

We arrived to be greeted outside the entrance and the hospitality continued while we stayed. Great staff and a fantastic dinner. While it is a little out of town, it is definitely a highlight of our camino.
