The hotel is very well located, because it is right at the entrance to the old town, but not tucked inside the hustle and bustle of it. It has parking, although I cannot speak to the price and space, since I parked in the one at the hospital next door, which has an app where you can reserve a pass. On the same promenade, there are several bus lines to get to many points in the city (train station, river, shopping centers, ...) with good frequency. The room is fine. If anything, the television is a bit old and I would remove the hydromassage bathtub, which in times of accessibility and water conservation, is unnecessary and uncomfortable for a shower. The detail of the water in the fridge is very good, leaving it free of alcoholic beverages, which whoever wants them can buy at a supermarket, and that way you can put whatever you want inside. Providing 2 bottles of water costs the hotel nothing, it is useful, and it is a nice gesture and courtesy to the clientele. The views of the entire promenade are very good and the hotel facilities are all correct, except that the room doors close a bit loudly and it is slightly annoying. Check-in with the hotel chain can be done from home, but it is long and tedious, requiring a selfie, which already seems exaggerated to me and infringes a bit on your privacy. I preferred to do it at the counter and it was slow.

The entrance lobby is quite elegant. The hallways are beautiful. The room is spacious with plenty of room to lay out suitcases and be comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and spacious with plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, bars and sights. We found our stay there pleasing. My only issue, if that, was an inadequate pillow which is hardly a deal breaker.

We are a retired couple who gave us two nights accommodation at this hotel. We were all excited to go but when we headed to the hotel halfway through we were told of a family incident so we had to turn around. We have contacted the hotel to cancel the reservation and let us change the date for another time but we have not been allowed. We believe that being an unforeseen situation they should have been more flexible
