Out of necessity I had to eat there, in the hotel restaurant and it was terrible, it was empty, the food was stale and I would even dare to say that the cheeks were in poor condition. The cafeteria waiter did not serve us at the table, we had to get up to order, while he spoke calmly with the people. Let's not repeat it. There is nothing good I can get from my stay there.

We have called this hotel since we have a travel chest in which it appears as an option for booking. When they answered us by phone and we told them that we were calling to use said chest, they answered us rudely saying that they are no longer associated with this type of offers, which we understand perfectly, but we are not fortune tellers and of course if it appears in the offer we do not know. that are no longer associated. We thanked him despite his bad manners, and the person who answered the phone didn't even deign to say goodbye, he simply hung up on us. I repeat that we are not fortune tellers, and we simply call politely to find out how to book with said box. Having politely told us that they no longer had that possibility would have been enough. I don't usually put negative reviews, but trying to be polite we also ask for education for ourselves. I'm sorry for the hotel, we don't know how it works.

The rooms are small and very warm in summer. There´s no AA in the room. It´s located in main road N-620 to Caceres, easy to park in front of hotel (free of charge), and you get the Salamanca historic downtonwn by foot in 10 minutes. Staff people in the bar are not very friendly, and yet you can have a decent meal at restaurant at low price, and restaurant staff are more helpful and comprehensive with your needs.
