Perfectly located, a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, from the Casa de las Conchas, from the Ponteficio.... a few metres from the Gran Via for everything practical. Situated on a really quiet plaza yet minutes from the heart of things. Great staff, friendly, efficient, helpful, professional. And finally, Great value!

The hotel is in a very good location, the beds are very comfortable to rest, now the problem comes with the noise there is. You hear absolutely everything from the street and the rooms next door as well as the hallway, come on that although the mattress is very comfortable you will not care because sleeping you will sleep little, so either you bring earplugs or complicated.

We stayed overnight on Friday 1 xq we were on our way to the Pyrenees, we arrived late and on Saturday 1 we left early. Already in the car, my friend and I who slept in the same room, kept scratching. When we got up north we were full of bedbug bites, it was a horrible week. Apparently it takes hours for the bites to come out. We went to a doctor and he confirmed they were bed bugs. We called the hotel to tell them and they tell us that no one has complained, lie, there are comments from other customers with photos complaining about bed bugs. It's outrageous and unhealthy. They should close the hotel.
