AC Hotel Ciudad de Sevilla by Marriott

Excellent and comfortable room. Large and comfortable bed. Very attentive at front desk service by Javier. Raquel was also excellent at the bar. My only negative experience was breakfast: Maria and Maitê are excellent and they do their best to replenish and the buffet dishes, but they cannot handle the demand. To make things worse, it seems there is only only one person in the kitchen. Today I got to breakfast room at 10 am (it ends at 11) and there was no more Spanish tortilla left and it was not replenished. The same thing for pastries, cake, etc. they were not replenished by 10:45 when left. I will attach the pictures. Please do not blame the servers. They were too busy cleaning and helping customers. When I return to Seville I will probably stay the hotel, but not pay extra for breakfast.

Disappointing - Platinum upgrade to " Deluxe" room; room was typical hotel size. No view. Bathroom has a bidet. Metal TP holder mounted such that TP roll ends up on the floor. Nice breakfast buffet; however, Platinum members can don't have free breakfast. Instead, have a €10 per day credit towards the €26 breakfast charge! Unacceptable! Dinner & room service menus typical for a hotel. Strange pool with ladder entrance several loungers. Exercise room has very limited machines.
