Apartour Aljarafe

To start, my partner was rudely told to put on a shirt or they would not be attended to at reception, while upon arrival there was a couple, with her in a bikini and him without a shirt. The room could not have been dirtier; the floor was covered in hair and dirt. And to top it off, all three restaurants only open for lunch and dinner services; you cannot even have a coffee in the afternoon or anything. I don't know where they got the stars for this hotel because it does not deserve more than two. The only good thing is that it is modern and the beds are comfortable. It leaves much to be desired.

100% recommendable!!! Super friendly and nice staff from reception, cleaning, and waiters. It is in a perfect location, and we could not have had a better weekend!!! We will definitely return!!! Ahhh!! It has a wonderful pool, the cleanest I have found so far!!!

Clean modernish Hotel , pleasant staff for the most part ,,, we were here 10 nights half board , Receptionists were all very pleasant, room was good size and great air conditioning... Daily room service was excellent, only thing was tea bags milk were never replaced... breakfast buffet was 8 to 10 am weekdays , but what's very strange is if you arrive in just before 10 and think well I can relax and enjoy my breakfast now , forget it , they will inform you that you have 5 minutes as they chomp at the bit to start removing all the food and shut off the coffee machines ... Evening meal , sold as a la carte, they will inform you if there are more then 20 people it will be changed to a buffet service ,, but the buffet is poor quality and very little choice compared to other Hotels I've been to ... we complained after the first night and after got to eat in the restaurant a la carte ,,, which was a bit better and more choice , but far from being very good .... the centre is a 20 minute Uber trip , costs range from 16 to 30 Euros depending time of day ,,, busses every 30 minutes cost about 1.60 cash or 70 cents if you get a Green travel card for zone B , bus stop about 10 minutes walk from Hotel brings you to plaza del Armas , city centre is 15 minutes walk from there... Would I stay here again 🤔, maybe, if the price was right , but would not bother with evening meal , better options near by ...
