Disappointed. The apartment is to make it whole. Everything's shattered. The furniture is super worn. Expensive for the service they say they give. I wouldn't repeat for free.

We have recently stayed in these apartments and unfortunately the experience has been far from expected. What is advertised on the web does not correspond at all with reality. The photos and description suggested a much more spacious, modern and well-kept space, but on arrival we found the opposite. The bathtub was rusty, the bathroom cistern was not working properly, and overall the apartment was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The common areas were also not well maintained: there was a palm tree fallen from the first day and no one took care of removing or fixing it all our stay. In addition, there were many mosquitoes, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. In short, value for money leaves much to be desired. Very disappointed, especially considering what we paid. The only positive thing I can highlight is the location, which is good. Otherwise, I would neither recommend nor repeat it.

This is now the second night in a row that a group of young women is sitting in the courtyard after midnight (was 2 am the night before) talking loudly. While you can’t hear any street noise whatsoever, as soon as someone talks in the courtyard sleeping is impossible. Being on vacation doesn’t mean partying for everyone. Some of us actually want to decompress from stress by having a good night sleep. There should really be house rules that the courtyard should not be used between midnight and 8 am. And that’s up to the management to enforce.
