Terrible hotel, no, the worst in the world... I will definitely never return to this hotel; for a 4-star hotel, what it costs is not fair... be careful with the pool, wear pool shoes because if you go barefoot, you will cut the soles of your feet... I came out all bruised... to top it off, I cut a finger.... in the restaurant, 4 pizzas, 1 hamburger, and a chicken breast cost €130.... which are not worth anything.... at night I asked if they could sell me a carton of milk... and they could not sell it to me... the Wi-Fi was terrible... to drink just a coffee with milk, I have to pay the €10 or €11 that breakfast costs.... I will definitely not return to this dump of a hotel, the snack machine had melted chocolates and the coffee machine, do not buy anything; you will notice the coffee grounds all over your mouth... terrible, terrible for 4 stars.

Our experience has been very disappointing. We visited the hotel to inquire about the celebration of our son's communion. The sales representative attended to us correctly, showed us the facilities, provided us with the menus and prices, and confirmed that the date we were interested in was available. After making our decision, he scheduled another meeting to formalize the reservation. However, when we went back for the second time, he informed us that there had been a management error: another family had already verbally reserved that same room and, therefore, they could no longer offer it to us. The most incomprehensible thing is that, knowing this situation, they made us travel again to communicate it to us in person, instead of notifying us in advance by phone. Additionally, we were surprised that we were asked for the menus from other establishments we had visited to compare them, something that personally gave us a very unprofessional feeling. Mistakes can happen, but when it comes to an event as important as a child's communion, families invest a lot of hope, time, trust, and months of preparation. Precisely because of the lack of organization and professionalism that we perceived during this process, we do not feel at ease leaving such a special day in your hands. If managing a simple reservation already generates these doubts, it is difficult to trust the organization of an event that does not allow for improvisation or mistakes. I sincerely hope that this experience serves you to improve your procedures and the attention to future clients.

Comfortable hotel a short distance from Seville and very convenient for working. The reception staff is outstanding.
