Horrible rooms. Very dirty sheets and blankets. Unbreathable air. The only positive thing is the location but, I do not recommend it very much.

Last stop of our tour in Andalusia we stayed in this “Hostal”. Tarpaulin on the irreversibly stained mattress, king-size bed, perpetual smell of sewer in the bathroom , uninterrupted daytime noise produced inside the structure. The night enlivened by the snoring coming from reception! All for only 200 € per night. Everything has been and will remain .....” Unforgettable “!

VERY CAREFUL WITH COMMUNICATION AT THIS HOTEL. I write this review to warn of the lack of internal coordination that has seriously harmed us. We had a reservation of 120€ for December 27 that we could not enjoy. With complete transparency, we proposed that, if they managed to occupy the room with other clients (since the hotel was complete), we would be refunded the amount. A worker confirmed to us by telephone that the manager accepted the proposal and that he 'was putting the room back up for sale'. Unfortunately, in attempting to complete management, management has disregarded what was agreed upon by its employee. They claim that the room was not sold, although we find it difficult to understand why it never appeared as available on their own website or on external portals after our call. The most frustrating thing is that, relying on the word of the staff, we missed the opportunity to attend the stay so as not to lose the money. In addition, faced with this misunderstanding, we proposed a middle solution: change the stay to a low season date. However, the hotel intends to charge us for the entire stay again, showing no willingness to compensate for the communication error of its own team. A very disappointing management where the word given to the client has had no value. I recommend requesting everything in writing, as the lack of understanding between workers and management is paid for by the user.
