Booked on the day as we were in Seville and decided to stay the night. Great location, very clean hotel. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again

I paid €137, a five-star price to arrive at a budget motel. The room was small, WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. A terrace that is better left with the door closed; do not offer that as an added value. The hotel was under construction, with a construction tape sealing off the stairs. Very noisy. Behind a counter, I expect to see competent professionals, even if they cost more money. Dealing with the staff of this dive is like talking to ChatGPT, which tells you everything you want to hear... but resolves nothing. The breakfast is subcontracted at a nearby bar; you can imagine the breakfast that arrives to you after they take their commission... a disaster of a breakfast. It is one of those trap sites that you fall into. If you read this before paying... it is better to go to another place. A disgrace of a hotel. Authorities should really take action on this matter because it borders on fraud.

The location is unbeatable. There are dozens of restaurants within minutes walk, minutes from the Real Alcazar and cathedral. There are not many rooms and the front desk staff spoke English well and were very helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, and the air conditioning is good. Our only complaint was that the rooftop patio (a feature we looked for) did not have shade since apparently the umbrellas were gone for cleaning, so we could not use the rooftop patio. It would have been nice if the rooftop patio was open beyond 10pm since this is dusk. We paid a high price for only booking a few weeks in advance (180 euros per night) which felt like poor value but the prices available booking further in advance are very reasonable.
