Resitur

A nightmare; we paid a lot for one night. The bathroom was filthy and old, the towels were tiny and smelled bad, the bed seemed clean at first glance, but the next morning I woke up with bites on my back and legs thinking they were from mosquitoes, but I had to go to the doctor because they were mite bites. Never again...

Hotel Resitur is probably as good as a 3 star will be. We arrived late at night & there was no problems with checkin. All the staff that we met were friendly & helpful. The room was cleaned daily & the bed was comfortable though extra pillows would have been good.Towels were a little threadbare & need to be replaced and the air conditioning was very noisy for the few minutes that we had it switched on. The building could do with some soundproofing as noise from next door apartments & corridors was quite loud. The shower was in the bath but it did have good water pressure. A very small kitchenette which we didn't use except for the fridge. Location is good, right on the edge of Triana and about 10 - 15 mins walk from the cathedral & also a Mercadona on the ground floor. Overall, I'd say that it was clean & conveniently located & good for a short city break on a budget.

Reception should study public attention. In the buildings there are cockroaches at least in our apartment. Several broken things. The blind in the broken room the sun hits your face in the first hour of the morning.
