The hotel has several important areas that need improvement. There are not enough elevators for the number of guests, so we often had to wait for a long time. The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited, and when items ran out, they were often not replaced. The breakfast area clearly needs better supervision. The rooms were clean, but several items were broken, damaged, or missing. This suggests that the rooms are not properly checked and maintained before guests arrive. The hotel seems to need much better overall supervision and perhaps a dedicated operations manager to regularly inspect the rooms and common areas. Finally, there were very few staff members who could communicate well in English, which made communication difficult for international guests. Overall, the hotel has potential, but management and daily operations need significant improvement. Better supervision, maintenance, breakfast service, and English communication would greatly improve the guest experience.

Sadly, I didn't have a good experience to share. On arrival, they gave me the wrong key because the room was already occupied. The second time, the key didn't work, but the third time was lucky. When we lined up for dinner, there was no food left after 20 minutes, and most of us didn't have dinner that night. The next morning, breakfast felt like it was prepared days ago; it was very cold and didn't look fresh. I hope you had a better stay than mine

It seemed to me like a hotel with minimal furniture for a functional stay for large groups. The restaurant seemed saturated to me due to the large groups where we had breakfast and lunch, and we ate what they left us, not what we wanted. The very limited breakfast time saturates the place.
