Every staff is friendly, helpful and energetic, the breakfast is perfect too. And it's close to bus stops, great for those who prefer public transportation.

Stayed here for 4 nights, very friendly welcome ( Laura) room on 4th floor 415, no particular view from window but that didn’t bother us. Room rather small but not a big issue as only there to sleep. Fair sized bathroom with walk in shower that was huge but meant that the toilet was squeezed into the very small space left! There were no tea/ coffee making facilities which was a bit of a disappointment. Breakfast was excellent with huge choice of fresh fruit, juices, cereals, yogurts, breads pastries , cold meat, salads and cooked breakfast items. Very clean dining area. Water dispensing machine. Excellent location just a short walk to central area for cathedral, bullring etc.

Hotel with a very good location, very complete and excellent breakfasts, very friendly staff, always with a smile, the room is very nice and everything is clean. We loved it, we would return to the same hotel, we would not look for another one.
