BEST CAMBRILS HOTEL

The potable water is apparently not included in the All-Inclusive package. This morning, I tried to fill the bottles provided by the hotel with water from the restaurant before leaving for a visit to Barcelona at 8:30. However, the restaurant hall manager told me that this was not allowed. I then asked reception where I could get some drinking water, and I was told that I had to wait until 10:00, when the pool bar opens. I find it very strange and disappointing that a 4-star hotel limits access to drinking water for its guests, especially under an All-Inclusive package. This leaves a very bad impression and unfortunately affects my overall perception of the other services. It is also disappointing that the restaurant hall manager appears to be applying his own rules regarding access to water. I believe guests should be clearly informed in advance if basic drinking water is not included in the All-Inclusive package. This is essential information that should not come as a surprise after arrival. I will share this experience on the relevant review platforms so that future guests are aware of this important issue before booking.

A fun week and hotel close to the beach... I would change the meal times since the last one is at 3:00 PM. I see it too soon if you come from the beach and get into the pool. The entertainment is very good, especially the happy hour for billiards where you can play as many games as you want for 1 hour. The board games are great and the activity coordinators are very nice.
