Best Punta Dorada

Stayed at best punta dorada for 1 week. From start to finish staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive to anything we needed. I travelled with my Grandmother who has difficulties with her mobility. Our room was one floor above the reception and was accessible via elevator. We had two large beds. There was a grab rail in the bathroom to aid with transferring into the bath/shower which was extremely helpful. All areas of the hotel were accessible via ramp, and even had a pool chair to aid with access. The food area was never too busy to get a seat and staff were always quick to order your drinks. The food changed every night however they always had pasta/pizza and a fresh salad bar. The desserts were lovely too. The hotel was clean and so were the rooms. At night time there was different music entertainment every night, with a great atmosphere. However due to being above the area where the music was played, it could be heard in our room until 11pm. The location of the hotel is quiet and further out from Salou but accessible by bus. There’s a local pharmacy and small shop within a 10minute walk. You can access the costal walk right next to the hotel, with gorgeous views of the sea. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely small hotel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. Drinks are good with some premium drinks being available on All inclusive. The Sun don't get around to the pool until after midday so it is cold but that is refreshing when it is so hot. We never had any problems getting a sunbed. Hotel is very clean. Lovely beach area around 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. There are some shops and restaurants about 10/15 minutes walk away (all up hill). We would definitely return. Lovely hotel, lovely staff, beautiful area

My partner and I stayed at Punta Dorada from the 19th - 26th of Sept 2026. Overall we had a good stay. Positives- Staff were friendly, relaxing chilled atmosphere, a 10 minute walk from the local beach! 25 euros for 2 sunbeds and shade for the day. 10 euro taxi ride into salou. Negatives- The pool doesn't get the sun until around 1pm, so if you are wanting to sunbathe half your day is gone. Although when the sun is out it is quite the heat trap, pool is freezing but refreshing. The all inclusive options are very repetitive and restricted in variety. Some foods were on the colder side and some we weren't sure were adequately cooked. We also found we were not offered a drink with our evening meal until we'd just about finished eating on a few occassions.
