We booked for 4 people to go. 2 of them over 25 and 2 of them under 25. Being siblings and our respective partners. They wrote to us the day after the booking so that we would cancel without offering us any solution despite having "demonstrable family ties" just as the booking required. A disgrace,

Was not what we were expecting think the photos are taken from the hotel opposite of the pool it’s clean but basic took us over an hour to find the place just to pick your key up had to leave a 200€ deposit and then get another set of instructions to find the apartment we will try and make the most of it but it’s a last minute holiday for us pity I didn’t do more research we are here for 6 days

I just came today and what I find here is terrible , they ask 50€ for the cleaning, extra from the room price, they ask 14 € for ventilator because is not existing Air condition on 40 degree inside. Hair of humans parts on the bed , animal hair in the bathroom every where and one shaving machine Gillette on the tub. In all the ap is dust and dirt. I called in the reception and they said “we will send someone, I come back after 7. Hours and they didn’t clean the room, and after they dint answer on the phone. Who give for this apartments 3 stars?????!! Who? With what criteria they give it here?
