Lauria

Very disappointing. The room was extremely hot and stuffy because the AC was not working properly. The shower kept changing from hot to cold, and the room/bed arrangement was not what we booked.

The hotel's location is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and had a small balcony, which was a nice addition. However, the room amenities were very limited, with no tea or coffee making facilities provided. The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. It is centrally controlled, so there is no way to adjust the temperature in the room. Unfortunately, the room was very warm, making it uncomfortable and resulting in a poor night's sleep. Overall, the hotel has a great location and helpful staff, but the lack of in-room facilities and ineffective climate control would make me think twice about staying again, especially during warmer weather.

We had appartment 35 - it was perfect for a family of 4. 2 rooms with large double beds, air con throughout, well-stocked kitchen and a HUGE terrace with lots of furniture and shade. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The rest of our group was staying at a posher hotel nearby - and the staff there were much less helpful. The pool is nicer than it looks in the photos. Honestly, we are hard to please - and we were very happy. We have NO complaints at all other than it would have been good to have a brush and mop or a cleaning service during our stay. But these are very tiny niggles.
