I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances. Last year, during a year-end trip, 20 children became intoxicated. Several of them were bedridden for days and required medical assistance. What is most outrageous is not only the seriousness of what happened, but the absolute lack of professionalism and ethics of the post facto management. We have tried to contact the hotel repeatedly to manage insurance coverage and have simply opted for silence. They do not return calls or answer emails. It is a total lack of respect for families and irresponsibility to a public health problem. If you are looking for a safe and responsive place, this is definitely not the place.

The location is perfect. The price, at the level of Salou, being that all the equivalents of there that I have tried, almost 10, have pool, not here and buffet more varied. The buffet is scarce but of superior quality to others, of course, better here, except for sausages and cheeses of low end, and absent ham. The weekend had rice or pasta, on Monday almost nothing hot. As much as it is cheaper or there are fewer people, they should be cared for the same. Room in somewhat regular condition: crooked lamp, shower door does not close, dirty terrace, mattresses and pillows too soft, slow elevators... Very friendly reception staff, allowed us to check in soon and not change rooms even though we had two different reservations, this is a very positive point and to be thanked. Located on the same promenade and close to shops and restaurants. We will appreciate repeating.

Very comfortable hotel on the seafront. Spacious and clean rooms with a good balcony. WiFi OK. It has a good bar with good terrace.
