What a difference in just 9 months the hotel is clean , staff friendly , food was dreadful first few days and the large parties of school kids 4 in 10 day plus and 2 over 60s trips made the holiday very unpleasant .Pensioners were a nightmare queuing to fill cereal bowls with warm milk and coffee nobody else could get near the machines a d if you were lucky enough they had nothing left in them. The dining room manager is a bit of a jobsworth also . Won't be back after this

Hotel very clean, rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels.Reception staff very helpful, especially Ana. Breakfast was slightly better than teatime but not much. No rush for sun beds as sun doesn’t hit the pool area till around 11.30 am. No balls or floats allowed in pool. A good 15/20 min walk to beach/harbour. Handy little mini supermarket opposite. No kettle in room so take your own. We had 3 lots of coach loads of Spanish school kids on training camps staying. It was horrendous, no control of them, screaming and running up corridors till gone 11.30 pm, banging on doors, disrespectful. This is a very regular occurrence,week by week. Evening entertainment is hit and miss, better to miss it. €10 to use the spa, don’t waste your money, they only switched sauna/steam room on when I went in, so it had to heat up,and you only get 2 hours.

Points in favour: -Right and clean room and bathroom. Friendliness at reception. -Free parking. Points against: - we have stayed in a few hotels in the world. We have never experienced such a horrifying experience when it comes to NOISE as in this hotel. Our stay coincided with the holding of a sports tournaments for children and young people. Some teams were staying here. Kids running, screaming ...continuously down corridors, stairs, pool area until after 11:30 pm. They, in addition, to the hotel's zero soundproofing makes it impossible to rest. All this with the approval of the hotel staff who do absolutely nothing to prevent it. smell of food throughout the hotel. - breakfast poor on offer and regular taste.
