Very big disappointment. The only real positive point of this hotel is its staff, who are smiling, welcoming, and doing their best. Unfortunately, their kindness is not enough to compensate for an organization and service that leave much to be desired. The housekeeping is far from up to par. The towels were not replaced, and we were forced to call the front desk almost every day to get new ones. The floor was not even properly cleaned. At this price point, it is simply unacceptable. The rooms are extremely disappointing. A double room boils down to two single beds pushed together, and the triple room is a real joke: the third bed is a sofa bed of inhuman discomfort. Impossible to spend a decent night there. I had to call the front desk to have a mattress brought to me so I could sleep. The air conditioning works very well, fortunately, because it is probably what saved us the most during the stay. On the other hand, the cancellation of the shuttle to the park is incomprehensible. You already have to walk about ten minutes to get there, but the worst part is the full board. We paid for full board, logically thinking we would have our meals at the hotel. What a surprise it was to learn, only at lunchtime, that it was served... in the park. We therefore had to walk another thirty minutes or so in nearly 40 °C heat to reach a restaurant, without this essential information ever having been communicated to us beforehand. And as if that were not enough, it is not even a real included meal, but a simple credit of €22 per person. In a park where a soda can already costs €4.50, this amount is ridiculous and very easily forces you to pay a supplement. Calling this "full board" is frankly misleading. I find this way of operating disrespectful to the guests. Families with children, elderly people, or anyone simply wishing to enjoy their hotel are forced to walk in sweltering heat to have lunch. We had specifically chosen this package to avoid that, and we got exactly the opposite. The lack of organization is also glaring. We walked to the Bora Bora restaurant only to discover, once in front of it, that it was closed. No signage, no information, nothing. More time wasted unnecessarily. The breakfast and dinner buffet is decent and fairly varied, but that is not enough to raise the overall standard. The grounds are also neglected: the lakes clearly lack maintenance, which gives an impression of abandonment. And finally, charging for access to a gym that is only open in the evening is simply absurd. In summary, this hotel sells a service that, in reality, is far from keeping its promises. Between the lack of maintenance, the uncomfortable rooms, a very questionable full board, and chaotic organization, this stay was a real disappointment. We will not be coming back.

Great hotel, walking distance to the park. Lovely big room with balcony and all important air con! Breakfast a big feature. Book an early time slot to avoid the queues. Fantastic hotel and park entry deal, we will be back,
