Complejo Novelty

I booked this apartment because there was a pool, on the website it said seasonal I seriously thought June was seasonal but the pool was not open while we were there from 1st to 15th ruined the holiday I was listening to the 2 boys complaining everyday. I tried to sort it walked the 20mins to the office thought it was sorted but no such luck I gave up in the end and it cost me a fortune entertaining the boys every day. Also it states no pets the whole 2nd week we were woke by a dog barking a few doors away. Was our first family holiday in an apartment I was so disappointed won't be doing it again. Our lovely unopened pool🤨☹️☹️☹️☹️😞😞😠😠😠😠😠😠

Just returned from the worst experienced holiday we have had We had been travelling from 02:00hrs on arrival at midday to be told we could book in at 17:00hrs The Receptionists was surly and I feel she was in the wrong job On moving in to the apartment Following is our experience 1) Dirty floors bath filthy with hair residue we had to clean it 2) Electric sockets dangerous reported and had to be replaced 3)metal window blind stuck 4)Bed legs rusty 5)Over run with cockroaches 6)No cleaner do it yourself also put bed linen out for changing 7)No toilet rolls provided and bin liners you have to puchase and empty yourself across the road 8) I hired a mobility scooter but would not let you charge it on site they kept removing the plug 9) wifi after 3 new numbers being allocated at last got wifi touch and go I must say this place ruined our holiday and strongley recommend NOT to stay there The staff attitude is terrible unhelpfull Never again

arrived early told we couldn't check in till 5pm,left are suitcases there in a unlocked room,after 1 hr we had are hand luggage stolen on the street with all are money,passport and bankcards and credit card and documents left with just the shorts i had on, spent 4hrs in a police station,at 7pm phone apartment explained what had happened and was told if we don't book in before 8pm we will have to sleep on the beach,very inconsiderate of them,after arriving there at 7-30pm they wanted to see my passport and 150euros after i told them what had happened and i had no i/d or money receptionist very very unwelcoming and has a big attitude problem /would never stay there if it was the last place on earth
