Breakfast was basic but everything was there

Clean, fresh very basic apartment but the location is amazing, literally 5 min walk to the beach or strip. Lots of shops and amenities nearby. Loads of restaurant and bars at a walking distance. Apartment quite dated and Aircon only in 1 room. Kitchen has everything that you need for a stay, microwave, kettle , toaster even a coffee maker. Apartments are clean with fresh towels etc but only let down is its quite dated needs improving but the price reflects this. Local residents live here too so not really noisy although the road is quite busy with busses cars and trucks etc.

The apartment is in a residential block of which it appears that 4 apartments are bookable for holidays through the agents (Fincas Palmyrs). Two are on the ground floor (which I wouldn't have liked, and 2 on the 4th floor). We had apartment 403 which had a large balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. Bear in mind that keys can only be collected from the agents between 16.30 and 19.30 hours - so that is a big restriction if you have a late flight. Obviously there is no pool or grounds to sit in - but then the beaches are only a few minutes away.
