Gran Claustre

Breakfast time is an odyssey; after waiting 45 minutes, no one came to take our order from the menu, nothing was left, and there was a lack of staff and food... we had to leave without breakfast. This is the second time this has happened to us... on a Sunday morning... and we have only gone two weekends. We are not at all satisfied.

This was a nice place in some ways. The building is beautiful and the restaurant is nice. But the level of service is not so good. Breakfast is the same everyday and servers don’t look happy to be there. There are no letters or coffee machines in rooms although tea bags snd and a kettle are set out at reception. There is no bar, so nowhere to meet with friends.

The reception could be warmer, the not very large room ok with good bed. In the #17 the shower tray is lowered so that you are slightly skewed and the bathroom stinks after expiration. No drama now, but should be properly repaired.
