I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience.
The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended.
Our room was okay, but we found blood stains on the blankets and other stains on the pillowcases, which was unacceptable.
We booked full board, but the food was very disappointing. It was almost the same every day, and the breakfast had very little choice. To make matters worse, you have to pay extra for any drinks with lunch and dinner – only water is included. After a couple of days, we decided to eat outside the hotel instead.
If you're travelling with children, don't expect much entertainment. There was nothing for kids around the pool during the day, so my daughter was bored most of the time. Balls and inflatable toys weren't allowed in the pool either, which made it even less enjoyable for families.
Overall, while the location and staff were great, the poor cleanliness, disappointing food, and lack of family-friendly activities mean I wouldn't stay here again. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.
