H10 Salou Princess

Great hotel in a fantastic location with a proper pub onsite with some nice beers but a little pricey, the pool area is nice with a snack bar that is very pricey, the daily activities are few in-between with the lovely Martina, the hotel is very lucky to have her, food in the restaurant is just fair in my opinion, not a big selection and always very far from hot, altogether I would definitely return because of its location.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was okay, but we found blood stains on the blankets and other stains on the pillowcases, which was unacceptable. We booked full board, but the food was very disappointing. It was almost the same every day, and the breakfast had very little choice. To make matters worse, you have to pay extra for any drinks with lunch and dinner – only water is included. After a couple of days, we decided to eat outside the hotel instead. If you're travelling with children, don't expect much entertainment. There was nothing for kids around the pool during the day, so my daughter was bored most of the time. Balls and inflatable toys weren't allowed in the pool either, which made it even less enjoyable for families. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the poor cleanliness, disappointing food, and lack of family-friendly activities mean I wouldn't stay here again. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Very good entertainment team, location very central, lots of shops and bars close by. Rooms always cleaned. Atmosphere great during the day and great during the vending always lots of shows on. Great value for money. Air conditioning great. Definitely recommend, stayed here multiple times. Great for families and couples.
